<p><strong>Utilização:</strong> É ótimo para temperar e dar colorido a pratos de arroz, massas, sopas, carnes, pães e bolos. É bastante usado na cozinha espanhola, na <em>Paella</em>, na cozinha francesa em sopas e também em alguns risotos italianos.</p>
<p>Deve se dosar na quantidade pois em excesso pode ser tóxico.</p>
